Friday Night Lights is on hiatus for the Spring 2023 season, as our field at Vista Del Mar is under construction.

We hope to relaunch the program in either Fall 2023 or Spring 2024.

Join us on Friday evenings for Friday Night Lights - an additional night of training with our professional coaches! Each 90-minute session consists of ball mastery, finishing, and speed & agility.

Players will be organized into small groups, with each group spending 25-30 minutes on each topic:

• Ball Mastery: improve your comfort level with the ball and your individual creativity.
• Finishing: learn the art and science of goal scoring – both the techniques and tactics of scoring..
• Speed & Agility: improve your on-field performance through increased athleticism. Programming will focus on proper form and technique; quick footwork; power and acceleration; and, the application of these techniques to the sport of soccer.

Ages and Eligibility:

Players born between 2008 and 2015 are eligible to participate. The program is open to all soccer players - both current LA Breakers FC members and those from other organizations.

Dates and Times:

Fridays: April 22, 29; May 6, 13, 20

4-5:30 PM: players born 2011-2015

5:30-7 PM: players born 2008-2010

Program Fee:

$125 per player (includes training t-shirt)

What to Wear and Bring:

• Properly inflated ball
• Plenty of water
• Training t-shirt (to be distributed at first or second session"
• Black shorts (preferred)
• Shin guards (mandatory)
• Weather appropriate clothing
