LA Breakers FC’s day-to-day operations are managed by its leadership team and its coaches. 

The leadership team consists of a club director, a director of operations, and four phase leaders:

• Olders (U13-U19) Boys Phase Leader and Boys ECNL Director: Tim Pierce
• Olders (U13-U19) Girls ECNL Director: Nick Hazell
• Olders (U13-U19) Girls RL/SOCAL Director: Chris Lofgren
• Youngers (U8-U12) Boys Phase Leader: Dan Raben
• Youngers (U8-U12) Girls Phase Leader: Macie Margheim

The leadership team’s combined experience (both playing and coaching), knowledge, and network are vital to the club’s success and continued growth and development.

Its professional coaching staff includes individuals with experience at the club, high school, collegiate, and professional levels.
